三尖摆线泵原理及其结构研究

摘    要:摆线泵因其很多优点在液压系统中得到广泛应用,根据普通内摆线的形成条件,当动圆直径是定圆直径的2/3时,形成了三尖摆线,根据这一原理,研制了新型三尖摆线泵,建立了三尖摆线泵型腔的数学模型,分析了新型三尖摆线泵的结构和特性,该泵与现有摆线泵相比,结构更简单,同等体积下,排量大,且流量脉动小,内外转子形状简单,便于加工.

Abstract:Cycloidal pump has been applied in hydraulic system widely because of its many advantages. According the forming condition of ordinary hypocycloid, when moving circle diameter is 2/3 of steady circle diameter, the 3-sharp cycloid is formed. Based on this principle, the 3-sharp cycloidal pump was developed, the mathematic model was established and the property and structure of 3-sharp cycloidal pump were analyzed. Compared with existing cycloidal pump, the developed 3-sharp cycloidal pump has simple structure, large discharge capacity under equal volume, and little pulsation of flow rate, the shape of inside and outside rotor is simple and is easy to manufacture.
