摘    要:针对工业机器人应用中,由于工件布局变化或近似工件替换造成的转产调试问题,提出基于ABB工业机器人的工件参数设置方案,包括根据布局参数的工件坐标运算程序的设计和根据形状参数的Offs数据运算程序的设计。通过设计三菱PLC与ABB机器人的RS232通信程序,实现触摸屏、PLC、机器人三者协作的系统通信。在通信基础上,设计实数传输模块以及系统流程,从而实现通过触摸屏设置工件参数,即可完成机器人作业轨迹的调整再现。该设计达到了提高ABB机器人工作站柔性,提高生产效率的目的。

Abstract:For the problem of production debugging caused by work-piece layout changes or approximate workpiece replacement in industrial robot applications,a workpiece parameter setting scheme based on ABB industrial robot was proposed,including the design of coordinate calculation program based on the layout parameters and design of the Offs data calculation program based on the shape parameters.Through designing the RS232 communication program of Mitsubishi PLC and ABB robot,the system communication of touch screen,PLC and robot were realized.On the basis of communication,the real number transmission module and the system flow were designed,so as to achieve the adjustment and reproduction of the robot work track by setting the workpiece parameters through the touch screen.The design achieves the goal of improving the flexibility of ABB robot workstation and the production efficiency.
