| 摘 要： | 介绍一种新型的由回转伺服电动机驱动的双级双作用液压传动装置。详细分析系统的工作原理,给出了低压大流量和高压小流量下的流量及压力计算公式。该装置以回转伺服电动机作为动力源,实现了液压油的封闭式循环,显著降低了对环境的污染,提高了工作效率,特别适用于大功率输出及绿色制造场合。

| Abstract: | A new two-stage double-acting hydraulic actuator driven by rotary servo-motor was introduced.A detailed analysis on the principle of the system was carried out,and the formulas of output flow and pressure under low-pressure large-flow and high-pressure small-flow conditions were given.The power source of the device is rotary servo-motor and a closed loop of hydraulic oil is achieved,so pollution to environment is significantly reduced.The device especially fits for large power output and green manufacturing occasions with high efficiency. |
