基于PLC的液位模糊自适应PID控制研究与应用

摘    要:将模糊控制器与PID控制器结合起来,选取合适的隶属度函数和模糊控制规则,分析输入变量的量化因子和输出变量的比例因子在模糊控制系统中对系统性能的影响,离线计算出模糊控制规则表,利用S7-300 PLC设计一个液位模糊PID控制器。在单容水箱进行实际液位控制实验,并用WinCC对系统进行监控。实验结果表明:采用模糊PID控制水箱液位,系统具有良好的动静态性能。

Abstract:S7-300 PLC was used to design a level fuzzy controller by combining fuzzy controller with PID controller,selecting appropriate membership functions and fuzzy control rules,analyzing the impacts of quantization factors of input variable and scale factors of output variable to the system performance,and calculating the table of fuzzy control rules off-line.Actual level control experiment was made on single-capacity water tanks with supervising by WinCC.The experimental results show that the system has good dynamic-static performance when fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy is used to control water tank level.
