升船机液压系统管路的谐振分析

摘    要:升船机液压系统的管路如果发生谐振,其危害是非常严重的,因此管路的谐振分析就成为其液压系统设计的基础.用AMESim软件建立液压系统模型,仿真得出系统压力曲线,并将其转化为系统的幅频曲线;再用ANSYS软件对液压系统进行建模和模态分析,得出系统的固有频率.通过比较AMESim仿真得到的幅频曲线和ANSYS模态分析得到的n阶固有频率,来评估液压管路是否发生谐振.

Abstract:If the resonance happens in piping of ship-lift hydraulic system,the harm is very serious,so the hydraulic system design is based on the resonant analysis of pipeline.The software AMESim was used to establish the model of the hydraulic system to get the system pressure curves,and they were translated into the amplitude-frequency curves.The ANSYS software was used to establish the model of the hydraulic system and to analyze it so as to reach the system natural frequency.By comparing the amplitude-frequency curve simulated by AMESim and the n-step natural frequency generated by ANSYS modal analysis,whether the resonance happens in the hydraulic pipeline can be evaluated.
