基于AMESim的ABS液压电磁阀动态响应仿真研究

摘    要:汽车防抱死制动系统是保证汽车制动性能的重要执行机构.为研究该系统的电磁阀部分对系统增减压时的动态响应及其主要参数对控制效果的影响,采用AMESim这一模块化的建模平台,围绕电磁阀对液压控制系统的一部分进行了建模,并建立了主要模块的数学模型,分析了电磁阀频率与最大开度流量对动态响应的影响.

Abstract:Anti-lock brake system is important for the safe driving of vehicle. For researching the movement response of the hydraulic valve unit of ABS and the influence of the main parameters on control effect, the software named AMESim was used to establish the model of a part of the brake system. The mathematical models of the main parts were built. The relationship between the valve response time and the main parameters such as valve natural frequency, characteristic flow rate at maximum opening was analysed.
