水声换能器动态校准试验环境的设计

摘    要:为了准确地对水声换能器进行动态校准,必须要具有声-振复合试验环境。本文提出了一种水声换能器动态校准的试验环境设计方案,并给出了整个动态校准系统总体设计思路。分析了实现试验环境各部分的设计要点,重点介绍了本试验环境的关键设备一水下振动台的设计方案。针对具体试验环境,主要包括稳定正弦振动试验和随机振动试验进行了分析研究。本研究将为更加复杂的声振环境研究提供准备。

Abstract:To calibrate acoustic transducer well and truly, an acoustics and vibration multiple environments is necessary. This paper presented a test environment design of acoustic transducer dynamic calibration under the acoustic and vibration environment,and general idea of the whole dynamic calibration system was given,the design emphasis of every part of the test environment was studied. The design of level vibration table,the key equipment of this calibration system,was presented concretely.For the especial environment of the study,Sine vibration test and random vibration test were provided with corresponding analysis. The design was good reference in testing acoustics and vibration characteristics under even more complicated environment.
