基于Matlab/Simulink的精密流量控制系统仿真研究

摘    要:与传统液压调速系统相比,交流变频调速技术为液压系统提供了一种全新的流量控制方法,有诸多优点。设计矢量控制变频调速异步电机驱动的变频液压调速系统,基于Matlab/Simulink模型库,对系统流量控制方法建模,重点对异步电机矢量控制变频调速方法进行仿真。仿真结果表明:基于带转矩内环的转速、磁链闭环异步电动机矢量控制方法具有更好的动态特性和调速精度,使系统流量控制具有较好的快速性和较高的控制精度。

Abstract:Compared with the traditional hydraulic regulating speed system,variable-frequency regulating speed technology,applied in hydraulic system,brings more advantages.A variable-frequency regulating hydraulic simulative system was designed based on Matlab/Simulink.The simulation emphasis focused on the vector control regulating speed system of asynchronous motor.Simulation curves show that using the closed-loop vector control method,the system has better dynamic performance.
