摘    要:注射机锁模系统性能的好坏,是能否成型良好塑料制品的关键。采用AMESim仿真软件对注射机液压系统进行仿真,得到锁模油缸的压力、行程、速度曲线,为塑料注射机液压系统以及锁模系统的设计和分析提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The quality of clamping system's performance of injection machine is the key whether good shapes of plastic products can be moulded.The simulation was carried onto the hydraulic system of inject machine by using the AMESim simulation software,and the clamping cylinder's curve for the pressure,stroke and velocity were obtained.It provides a theoretical reference for the machine hydraulic system as well as the clamping system's design and analysis.
