摘    要:本文阐述了中高压水压溢流阀的研制难点,介绍了本文所研制的新型水压溢流阀的研制结果。实践证明,直动式水压溢流阀比先导式水压溢流阀简单可靠,通过合理的结构设计还可以提高直动式水压溢流阀的调压精度和工作稳定性。

Abstract:The key issues about high-pressure water hydraulic relief valve and a new-type direct-acting water hydraulic relief valve were introduced. By experimental investigation, the merit of simple structure and good reliability of the traditional direct-acting relief valve are obvious in water hydraulics. By reasonable structure configuring, the adjusting pressure performance and operating stability of the valve were enhanced.
