摘    要:伴随日益要求严苛的环保要求,企业在加工零件时需要用到大量的绿色制造技术。低温微量润滑加工技术作为一种新型的切削技术,符合绿色制造的要求并大量应用于生产过程中。介绍一种低温微量润滑冷却的气动-液压系统,主要利用微量润滑技术和涡流制冷技术,从气动-液压系统及电气三方面对样机进行设计并完成相关实验。所得实验成果对微量润滑装置的再升级具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:Enterprises need to use green manufacturing technology in the production with the increasingly demanding of environmental requirements. Cryogenic minimum quantity lubricant(CMQL), a new green cutting technique meeting the requirements of green manufacturing, is widely use in production. a pneumatic-control hydraulic system which used in CMQL was introduced,in which minimum quantity lubrication and vortex tube cooling technology were used.Designing pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical subsystem,a sample was finished and some relevant experiments were made. The experimental result is helpful for the advance of minimum quantity lubrication device.
