摘    要:通过对双作用子母叶片泵各泄漏通道进行分析,建立了内泄漏计算数学模型。根据泄漏数学模型,计算出各通道泄漏量大小,结果发现轴向间隙泄漏为双作用子母叶片泵主要的内泄漏途径,绘制出泄漏量随压力和黏度变化分布图,发现低黏度时其泄漏量会随着压力的升高而急剧增大。分析不同温度和转速对泄漏损失的容积效率影响,得到随着轴向间隙的增加,容积效率损失会成倍增加的结论。为减小泄漏量对容积效率的影响,在设计、制造和安装配流盘时应严格控制轴向间隙。

Abstract:Through the analyzing of the leakage of each channel in the double-acting pump with composite vanes, the mathematical model of internal leakage is established. According to the mathematical model of leakage, the leakage size of each passage was calculated. It was found that axial clearance leakage was the main internal leakage way, and the distribution graph of leakage with varying pressure and viscosity was plotted. When the viscosity was low, the amount of leakage would be increased sharply with the increase of pressure. The influence of temperature and rotational speed on the volume efficiency of leakage loss was analyzed. It is concluded that the volumetric efficiency loss will increase exponentially with the increase of axial clearance. In order to reduce the influence of leakage on volumetric efficiency, the axial clearance must be strictly controlled in the design, manufacture and installation of the flow distribution plate.
