机载光电平台隔振装置特性研究

摘    要:设计合理的隔振装置能有效隔离机体传递给平台的振动,保证平台稳定和跟踪精度。分析了金属三向隔振装置的工作机理,指出其在机载光电平台应用中的优点。通过试验测试了金属三向隔振装置在光电平台中的隔振效果,并对测试曲线进行了分析,为机载光电平台隔振装置的设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:In order to ensure stabilization and track precisions of Airborne Optoelectronic Platform (abbreviated to AOP below), it is necessary to design an effective vibration absorber to isolate vibration of transmitting platform from plane.In the paper, the mechanics of Metallic Three Directions Vibration Absorber (abbreviated to MTDVA below)was analyzed, and the advantage of MTDVA in application of AOP was indicated. Based on experiments, the isolating effect of MTDVA was tested in AOP. Furthermore, the testing curve was analyzed. All these are significant to design vibration absorber of AOP.
