升沉补偿模拟试验系统的设计与实验研究

摘    要:提出和研制了深海采矿扬矿管的主动型升沉补偿模拟试验系统,实现了采矿船的升沉模拟和升沉补偿模拟,并进行了实验研究。实验的结果证明,采用电液比例阀控缸执行机构进行主动升沉补偿的方案是可行的和有效的,采用高性能的电液比例方向阀和合适的控制策略可以获得很高的升沉补偿精度。

Abstract:A model test system of the active heave compensation system, which used the technology of electro-hydraulic proportional control and computer, for deep-ocean mining lift pipe is designed. The experimental simulating of the mining ship heave motion and the active heave compensation system are realized, and the experimental study is conducted. The experimental result shows that the active heave compensation scheme that uses the actuator of cylinder controlled by electro-hydraulic proportional valve is feasible, and that a high heave compensation precision can be obtained if high performance electro-hydraulic proportional directional valves and suitable control strategy are used.
