摘    要:利用激光超声技术对增材制造件进行无损检测具有重要的理论和应用价值。因此,针对不同激光功率下制备的316L不锈钢增材制造样品进行试验。利用激光超声在样品不同成型方向上测试,对表面波声速进行了表征。结果表明:不同激光功率下制备的316L不锈钢增材制造件的成型质量与表面波传播速度有着密切的关系,而且同一增材制造件在不同成型方向上的表面波声速也有明显的差异,具有各向异性。实验结果对研究316L不锈钢增材制造材料的表面声学特性以及金属增材制造材料的激光超声质量检测具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:It has great theoretical and practical value to use laser ultrasonic technology for nondestructive testing of additive manufacturing parts. Therefore, experiments were carried out on additive manufacturing 316L stainless steel samples formed in different laser power. The surface acoustic wave velocity was characterized by using laser ultrasonic testing in different forming directions. The results show that the forming quality of additive manufacturing 316L stainless steel part formed in different laser power is closely related to the surface acoustic wave velocity, and the surface acoustic wave velocity of the same additive manufacturing parts formed in different forming directions is also significantly different, showing anisotropy. The experimental results have important reference value for the study on surface acoustic properties of additive manufacturing 316L stainless steel materials and laser ultrasonic quality detection for additive manufacturing metal materials.
