金属管材成形用高压水溢流压力控制系统研究

摘    要:针对体积缩小类管材零件的内高压成形工艺特点,提出了一种管材内高压塑性成形用高压水压力控制系统。该压力控制系统主要包括动力系统、控制系统以及实现溢流功能的超高压水阀等关键零部件。该系统通过比例阀控制管材在合模过程中其内部高压水的溢流过程,进而控制管材的内压力,使得管材在合模的过程中同时进行内高压成形。通过液压挤压机和该压力控制系统对DC01焊管进行内高压成形实验。实验结果表明:该压力控制系统可以满足体积缩小类管材零件的内高压成形需求。

Research on High Pressure Water Overflow Pressure Control System for Forming in Metallic Tube
Abstract:Aimed at the characteristics of internal high pressure forming technique of volume contracted tube parts, a pressure control system for internal high pressure plastic forming in tube is put forward. This system was mainly included of power system, control system and ultra-high pressure water valve and other key components with the realization of overflow function. The overflow of the high pressure water could be realized by the pressure control system within the tube in the process of mold clamping and then controlled the pressure inside the tube, so that the tube could be proceeded with internal high pressure forming at the same time of mold clamping. In addition, combined with the pressure control system and hydraulic extrusion machine, the internal high pressure forming experiment of the DC01 welded tube was carried out. The results of experiment are carried out to verify the performance of the pressure control system to meet the requirements.
