摘 要: | 利用自行设计的20 kHz超声振动切削系统,在不同的切削速度下,对航空硬铝(7075)进行非传统式的普通切削和振动切削对比试验。试验结果表明:振动切削的加工效果明显优于普通切削,振动切削存在一个最佳切削速度,振动切削加工的切削力明显小于普通切削加工,振动切削在加工过程中更加平稳。

Experimental Study on Ultrasonic Vibration Cutting of Aluminum Alloy |

Abstract: | A self-designed ultrasonic vibration cutting system was used to experiment with varying cutting speed on aviation alu-minium alloy ( 7075) . The vibration cutting and non-vibration cutting ( conventional cutting) experiments were performed for compari-son. Experimental results show that the quality of the machined surface by using vibration cutting is obviously superior to the conven-tional cutting, vibration cutting exists an optimum feed speed, the cutting force of vibration cutting is lower than conventional cutting, vibration cutting is more stable in the machining process. |
