摘    要:设计一种基于OMAP-L138+FPGA的嵌入式数控皮革裁割机控制系统。该控制系统以TI公司的OMAP-L138双核处理器配合FPGA作为核心器件,以伺服驱动器和伺服电机作为执行系统的关键组件。其中OMAP-L138双核处理器内部的ARM核负责文件解析和人机交互工作,DSP核负责实时的速度规划和插补计算工作,FPGA负责通用输入输出(GPIO)控制、插补脉冲输出以及信息采集工作。ARM与DSP的双核通信则借助DSPLINK组件完成。实验表明:该控制系统的切割效率高,刀具切割轮廓曲线平滑。系统软件和硬件设计合理可行。目前,该系统已经应用于实际的工业生产中。

Design of CNC Control System Based on OMAP-L138+FPGA Platform for Leather Cutting Machine
Abstract:An embedded CNC leather cutting machine control system was designed based on OMAP-L138+FPGA.OMAP-L138 dual-core processor of TI Company cooperating with FPGA constituted the core device of the control system, with servo drivers and ser-vo motors as the key components of the executive system.The ARM CPU took charge of parsing files and human-computer interaction tasks, the DSP CPU was responsible for real-time calculation of velocity planning and interpolation, and tasks such as the general pur-pose input output (GPIO) control, interpolation pulse output and information collection were handled by the FPGA.Using DSPLINK component, the dual-core communication of ARM and DSP was implemented.The experimental results show that the advantages of this control system include high cutting efficiency and smoothing cutting contour curve.The design of the system’ s software and hardware is reasonable and feasible, and the CNC leather cutting machine control system has been applied to actual industrial production.
