超声汽化蒸汽驱动的尿道阀可靠性分析

摘    要:尿道阀是控制尿道启闭的元件,一旦发生失效将导致严重后果。为了提高尿道阀的可靠性,采用故障树分析法分析了尿道阀可靠性,基于尿道阀故障树分析和蒙特卡罗法提出了尿道阀可靠性仿真算法,仿真计算了尿道阀可靠性指标,实验验证了仿真结果的正确性。结果表明:驱动囊的腐蚀和老化是尿道阀的薄弱环节,尿道阀平均寿命达到50 000次的可靠度为0.85,算法简捷有效。研究结果可为尿道阀的结构优化设计和可靠性分析提供依据。

Reliability Analysis for Urethral Valve Driven by Ultrasonic vaporized Steam
Abstract:Urethral valve is the component for controlling the urethra open and close, some serious problems will come once the urethral valve is in failure.In order to improve the reliability of urethral valve, the reliability of urethral valve was analyzed using fault tree analysis method.The reliability simulation algorithm was proposed based on fault tree analysis of urethral valve and Monte Carlo method, the reliability index of urethral valve was calculated by simulation, and the simulation results were verified by experiment.The results show that the corrosion and aging of driving bag are the weak links of urethral valve, and the reliability reaches 0.85 when the average life of urethral valve is 50 000 times, and the reliability simulation algorithm is simple and effective.The research findings can provide the basis for the structural optimization design and reliability analysis of urethral valve.
