变参数双模糊控制器在摆动气缸位置伺服系统中的应用

摘    要:针对比例流量阀控制的摆动气缸位置伺服系统的强非线性和不确定性,提出采用基于经验知识的模糊控制。为了克服模糊控制的控制精度低的缺点,设计了变参数双模糊控制器,即根据位置偏差切换“粗调”和“细调”模糊控制器,两个控制器控制规则相同,但参数不同。实验研究表明,在摆动气缸位置伺服系统中采用该控制器,能获得较好的控制效果。

Abstract:A pneumatic rotary servo system was studied,which adopts proportional valve to control air flow.For the system,fuzzy control based on empirical knowledge is used to treat the strong nonlinearity and uncertainty.To overcome the disadvantage of fuzzy control in accuracy,double fuzzy controllers with variable parameters were proposed.The controllers include "roughly regulating fuzzy controller" and "refinedly regulating fuzzy controller". These two controllers adopt same control rules and different parameters.They are switched according to the system error.Experimental results show that good performance can be achieved by using the proposed controllers.
