数控机床进给伺服系统挠性联接分析与研究

摘    要:本文对开环及半闭环控制的数控机床的伺服进给系统中,伺服电机和滚珠丝杠采用挠性联轴器直联结构的不同轴度误差对数控机床的定位误差的影响进行了理论分析计算。分析了联接不同轴误差产生的原因,提出了联接结构的设计、制造和装配工艺的改进措施。

Abstract:For the feeding servo system of the open-loop and semi-closed loop controlled NC machine tools,which adopts flexible direct connecting between the feeding motor and the ball screw,the influence of different axes errors on NC machine tools location errors was analyzed and calculated.The reason of different axes errors of flexible connection was analyzed,the improvement measure was put forward of the designing and manufacturing and assembling of the NC machine tools flexible connection structure.
