基于模糊自适应PID的注塑机温度控制系统

摘    要:温度的准确控制是保证注塑产品质量的重要因素。针对传统注塑机温控系统超调量大、调节时间长等缺点,提出了基于模糊自适应PID的注塑机温控系统,阐述了模糊PID控制器的设计方法及该温控系统的软硬件实现方法。该系统实现了精密注塑机料筒温度和喷嘴温度的准确控制,大大提高了塑料产品的质量,取代了传统的开关控制和PID控制方式。

Abstract:Accurate control of the temperature is a key factor for ensuring the quality of the plastic product. Aimed at the problems such as over span adjustment and prolonged adjustment time of the conventional temperature control system of the injection machine, a temperature control system based on fuzzy PID was put forward. The design method of the fuzzy PID controller and the implementation method of software and hardware of the system were expounded. The system has made good effect in practical application.
