| 摘 要： | 针对现有数控车削加工换刀时刀架要移动到离加工零件较远的换刀点,提出一种新结构的刀架,活动刀座在底板上可自由组合,使换刀空行程短、装配方便,提高加工效率、降低制造成本。

| Abstract: | In existing CNC turning , tool carrier should move to tool change point far away from the machining part .To overcome the problem, a new tool carrier was put forward .A moving tool holder could be combined freely on the base plate .So the tool changing trip is short, assembly is convenient .The processing efficiency is improved and the manufacturing cost is reduced . |
