基于砝码加载恒压供油装置的机油控制阀性能测试台的设计

摘    要:进行了机油控制阀性能测试台的设计。采用基于砝码加载的恒压供油装置实现了全程恒压供油;用程控PWM电源激励机油控制阀,实现了对机油控制阀0.05~1.05 A的电流扫描;实时检测机油控制阀的电流、流量、压力,获得电流-流量测试曲线、压力曲线,从曲线上提取特征物理量;采用基于数据采集卡的硬件实施方案,采用图形编程语言Lab VIEW编写设计程序,实现了测试过程的自动化。

Abstract:For oil control valves, the testing platform was designed.The platform included a constant pressure oil supply system which pressure was kept by loading weights.In the platform, a program controlled PWM source was used to excite oil control valve to realize a continuously variable supply current from 0.05 A to 1.05 A.The parameters of oil control valve, including current, flow rate and supply oil pressure, were dynamically inspected and recorded.With a data acquisition and a LabVIEW language program, the platform could automatically export current-flow curve, current-pressure curve and any features based on these curves.
