摘    要:金属激光选区熔化快速成型技术中,铺粉精度影响着成型质量。为了得到良好的铺粉效果,在现有设备研究的基础上,论述了铺送粉装置的基本组成和工作原理,对金属微粉精密层铺结构进行了设计,包括平台升降结构、刮板自动升降结构、刮板及刮刀结构,并叙述了各个结构的工作原理。该金属微粉精密层铺装置结构简单紧凑、自动化程度高,可提高工作效率,满足金属激光选区熔化快速成型技术的要求。

Abstract:Precision of spreading powder is an important factor affecting selective laser melting forming quality.In order to achieve a better spreading powder effect, on the basis of researches on the existing equipment, basic constitution and working principles were introduced and structures of metal micro-powder precise layer paving were designed such as lifting structure of platform, automatic lifting structure of scraper and scraper structure.The working principle of each structure was expounded.The metal micro-powder precise layer paving device has the advantages of simple and compact and high automatic degree and will improve work efficiency and meet the requirements of selective laser melting rapid prototyping technology.
