基于LabVIEW的全液压制动测试系统的设计

摘    要:为了实现对全液压制动系统的压力、流量、温度等参数的自动检测,基于模块化和虚拟化的思想,以Lab VIEW为软件平台,以NI的数据采集卡等为硬件基础,实现对全液压制动系统的数据采集和数据存储。用虚拟仪器代替了实际物理仪器,降低了测试系统的成本,缩短了测试试验的时间。

Abstract:In order to achieve automatic detection for the pressure , flow rate, temperature and other parameters of full hydraulic braking system, based on modularization and virtualization , with LabVIEW as software platform and NI data acquisition card as the hardware foundation , data collection and data storage for full hydraulic braking system were achieved .With virtual instrument instead of the actual physical instrument , the cost of the test system is reduced , the test time is shortened .
