摘    要:为了从理论上分析研究旋转运动对电极丝动态行为的影响,从动力学角度揭示旋转电极丝线切割加工机理,将电极丝简化成旋转细长轴,分析电极丝动态特性.首先应用Hamilton分析力学原理建立旋转电极丝的动力学方程,得到两个相互耦合的微分方程,研究分析了在放电爆炸外力作用下,因为旋转运动产生耦合方向的振动.揭示了旋转电极丝旋转运动的离心力产生的定心性以及轴向力产生的横张力作用,对于指导机床设计改进和实际加工有重要的理论意义.

Abstract:In order to analysis the effects of the rotating movement on the wire, based on the simplified model of rotating shaft, dynamic behaviors of the wire during the machining with the vertical wire electrical discharging with rotating wire were studied. Two coupled dynamic motion equations were formulated with the principle of Hamilton. By solving the differential equations, forward and backward whirling characteristics as well as the natural frequency of the rotating wire were concluded. The results show that, because of the rotating motion, oscillation appears on both of the two plains perpendicularly. The higher the order of the vibration and the higher the rotation speed, the locus of the shaft center is more likely to be a circle.
