应用Pro/E分析车削偏心工件

摘    要:利用三爪自定心卡盘车削偏心工件,关键是计算某一爪下加垫垫块的高度,传统的计算方法是利用几何关系求解,较烦琐,本文应用Pro/E的参数化特征,建立参数的数学关系,通过改变偏心工件外圆直径和偏心距大小,将所需垫块高度尺寸直接显示在屏幕。该方法精度高、方便快捷,为车削偏心工件的计算提供了新方法。

Abstract:The key to using the chuck of three paws to turn eccentric workpiece is to calculate the height of the pad under a certain paw.It's too overlaborate to solve the problems with the geometry relations in the traditional calculation way.The mathematic relations of parameters were built up by applying the character of Pro/E parameter.With this method,the needed height of the pad can be displayed on the screen directly by changing the length of the outer circle diameter and eccentric,which is more convenient,more accurate and quicker to calculate the turning of eccentric workpiece.
