摘    要:为解决磁流变阻尼器Bouc-Wen模型参数识别方法复杂、不易实现的难题,采用Matlab中的Simulink Design Optimization工具,在Simulink中搭建Bouc-Wen模型,利用磁流变阻尼器力学特性试验得到的试验数据,对Bouc-Wen模型进行参数识别。结合各参数的物理意义对得到的识别结果进行分析,确定出阻尼力调控参数,并在Matlab中进行线性拟合,得到其与电流的函数关系。最后搭建考虑阻尼力调控参数的Bouc-Wen仿真模型,用不同幅值和频率的正弦激励进行仿真,并将仿真结果和试验数据进行对比。结果表明:仿真结果和试验数据能够很好的吻合,得到的参数满足要求。

Identifying the Parameters of Bouc-Wen Model for MR Damper Based on Matlab
Abstract:In order to solve problems of hard to implement, complex method of parameter identification in the Bouc-Wen model of magnetorheological dampers (MRD), a Bouc-Wen dynamic model of MRD is built in Simulink and its parameters are obtained by using Simulink Design Optimization tool based on mechanical characteristic experiments of a MR damper. The parameters of Bouc-Wen model were identified. In combination with the physical significance of each parameter to analyze the result of identification, and to determine the controlled damping parameters (CDP), functional relationships between some parameters and applied current were determined by using the method of linear fitting. Finally built in considering CDP Bouc-Wen simulation model, made simulation with experiment data in different amplitudes and frequencies, the simulation results were compared with experimental values. It is shown that the simulation results are consistent with the test results, and the model identified can meet the need of parameters in engineering applications.
