远程智能故障诊断技术的现状与展望

摘    要:研究了远程故障诊断系统的体系结构和智能故障诊断方法。并阐述了其关键技术。对其体系结构,主要研究了C/S、B/S和多层混合模式;对智能故障诊断方法,主要研究了基于神经网络、模糊推理及模糊数学、遗传算法和诊断Agent的智能故障诊断方法;对其关键技术,主要研究了分布处理技术、数据库技术、虚拟现实技术、信息处理技术和信息融合技术。最后对远程智能故障诊断技术的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:The system structures of the remote fault diagnosis system and the intelligent fault diagnosis technologies were researched, and its key technologies were expatiated. The system structures include C/S, B/S and mixing of them. The intelligent fault diagnosis methods include the artificial neural network, the fuzzy inference, the genetic algorithm and the diagnosis agent. The distributed data processing, the database, the virtual reality, the information processing and the information fusion technologies were expatiated in the key technology part. The development tendency of remote intelligent fault diagnosis technology was pointed out.
