摘    要:阐述一种数控多刀管螺纹车床夹具的设计思路、技术参数、机械结构及调整方式,对夹具进行受力分析,并介绍其液压控制系统。该机床夹具是一种高效率的自动夹具,主要用于大口径管材的夹紧和定位。

Abstract:Design ideas,technical parameters,mechanical structure and adjusting way of a multi-tool CNC pipe thread lathe fixture were described.Relevant force analysis was conducted and hydraulic control system was presented.The fixture is an efficient automatic fixture which is used for clamping and positioning of large diameter tubing.
