精确对位建筑型钢组对机控制系统设计

摘    要:为解决目前精确对位建筑型钢组对机工作时液压系统漏油现象严重、反应速度慢、生产效率低下等问题,在分析组对机夹紧装置工作原理的基础上,采用电液比例同步速度控制技术对其液压控制系统进行优化设计,构建液压控制系统数学模型,并对控制系统的动态特性进行仿真分析,取得了满意的效果。
