| 摘 要： | 本文在分析企业敏捷性内涵和度量指标体系的基础上，研究了企业制造敏捷性要素及其层次模型。在此基础上，提出了采用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评判法对企业制造敏捷性进行评价的策略和相关算法，探讨了因素权值和模糊隶属度函数的确定方法。最后，介绍了一个评价实例。

| Abstract: | A static indices system was proposed for the evaluation of enterprise manufacturing agility based on the investigation of the industrial enterprises.A calculation model was established to evaluate manufacturing agility of enterprises based on the integration of analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The methods of indices weights calculation and the matrix determination of fuzzy relations were presented as an emphasis, and an example was introduced to illustrate this calculation model. |
