摘    要:滚动轴承的主要失效形式之一是在滚道或滚动体表面产生缺陷,形成疲劳点蚀,对轴承性能产生很大影响。针对深沟球轴承,建立外滚道存在方形缺陷时的动力学模型,获取缺陷对载荷分布的影响规律,建立轴承时变刚度模型,分析缺陷尺寸演化和位置对轴承刚度时变特性的影响规律。结果表明:当缺陷位于非承载区时对轴承平均刚度无影响;当缺陷位于承载区时,轴承的平均刚度与缺陷长度和深度负相关;缺陷位置由底端向非承载区变化时,轴承的平均刚度先减小后增大。

Abstract:One of the main failure modes of rolling bearings is to produce defects on raceway or surface of rolling body,forming fatigue pitting corrosion,which has a great impact on bearing performance.For deep groove ball bearings,a dynamic model with square defects in outer raceway was established to obtain the influence law of defects on load distribution,and a bearing time-varying stiffness model was established to analyze the influence law of defect size evolution and location on time-varying characteristics of bearing stiffness.The results show that the average stiffness of bearing is not affected when the defect is located in the non-bearing zone; when the defect is located in the bearing zone,the average stiffness of the bearing is negatively correlated with the defect length and depth; when the defect location changes from bottom to non-bearing zone,the average stiffness of bearing decreases first and then increases.
