摘    要:采用膨胀法测定机械工程用的高强度PQ600Nb-Ti微合金化钢的CCT曲线,采用金相显微镜观察不同冷速下的显微组织。分析发现:当冷速低于10.00℃/s,得到的组织为铁素体(F)+珠光体(P);中速冷却时(冷速大于16.67℃/s),得到的组织为比较细小的铁素体(F)+贝氏体(B);高速冷却时(冷速大于40.00℃/s),铁素体(F)+贝氏体(B)组织进一步细化,且贝氏体组织为板条状。

Abstract:Determinate the CCT of high-intensity PQ600Ni-Ti-alloy steel use for Mechanical Engineering by Expansion, Metallographic microscope was analysised using different cooling rate under the microstructure. Analysis: in cooling rate lower than the 10.00℃ / s, by the Organization for ferrite (F) + pearlite (P); medium-speed cooling (cooling rate higher than 16.67℃/s), the organization received for the relatively large ferrite (F) + Pui's Body (B); rapid cooling when the (cooling rate higher than 40.00 ℃ / s), ferrite (F) + bainite (B) further refinement. Further use of scanning electron microscopy analysis of microstructure, found a large quantity of lath bainite organizations.
