超级13Cr钢在高温高压下的抗CO2腐蚀性能

摘    要:在模拟某油田腐蚀环境中,通过高温高压CO2腐蚀试验,采用SEM、EDS和XPS测试手段分析,研究温度变化对超级13Cr马氏体不锈钢的腐蚀行为的影响。研究结果表明,随着温度的升高:超级13Cr马氏体不锈钢的均匀腐蚀速率呈微上升的趋势,气相环境中试样的均匀腐蚀速率大于液相,但均远小于0.1mm/a,局部腐蚀严重。在温度为150℃的气相环境中,超级13Cr钢最大局部腐蚀速率可达2.1379mm/a,其7天实验的最大局部腐蚀坑深度可达41μm。XPS检测结果显示,超级13Cr钢表面钝化膜主要成分是非晶态的Cr2O3。

Abstract:The influence of the corrosion behaviors of super 13Cr martensitic stainless steel were studied with the temperature changes at high temperature,high pressure and CO2 corrosion environment using SEM,EDS and XPS testing methods.The results showed that with increasing temperature,the uniform corrosion rate of super 13Cr martensitic stainless steel increased subsequently.Further,the uniform corrosion rate of gas phase was higher than that in the liquid phase.However,the uniform corrosion rate was far less than...
