| 摘 要： | 制造化工设备用的不透性石墨材料,绝大部分采用浸渍的方法,达到不渗透的目的。浸渍剂不仅作为填孔之用,还能增强浸渍后的石墨材料力学性能等。目前国内使用量最多的浸渍剂是酚醛树脂,石墨材料浸渍工序质量好坏,将直接关系到设备的质量及使用寿命。浸渍工艺的制定和评定是企业生产过程中很重要的环节。

| Abstract: | The graphite materials on chemical industry equipments are leakproof by resination processing.The resination regaent is not used filler opeing but also improved strength of graphite materials. One stage resin as resination regaent is widely used at present in China.The quality and service life about chemical industry equipment depend whether resination processing of graphite good or bad. It is a key step in the production of factory. |
