Al-Si合金腐蚀与防护的研究进展

摘    要:Al-Si合金由于其良好的性能成为了制造行业中最受重视的结构材料之一。本文系统介绍了近年来Al-Si合金的腐蚀情况,综述了缓蚀剂和表面处理技术等防护措施,并对今后Al-Si合金的应用与防护提出了一些看法。新型铝合金材料的研究,新型缓蚀剂及表面技术的开发,都将进一步扩大Al-Si合金在汽车工业中的发展。

Abstract:Because of the better properties, Al-Si alloy has been one of the most important materials in the manufacturing industry. The recent development and corrosion behavior of Al-Si alloy were reviewed, the inhibitors and surface processes were summarized, the application and protection also were forecasted in this paper. In order to expand the application of Al-Si alloy in automotive, the researchers always study the new materials. The investigation of the new materials, the exploitation of the corrosion inhibitors and surface processes technologies will expand the development of the Al-Si alloy in automotive industry further.
