摘    要:渤海某油田产出油气水三相流中H2S含量较高,需经过脱硫处理后,才能达到油、气外输标准。药剂OST-1122现场用量较大,药剂成本、人工操作成本都较高。药剂OTS-213为三嗪类高效脱硫剂,脱硫效果显著。本次研究将其应用到现场进行评价,结果表明,脱硫药剂OTS-213效果明显优于OST-1122。同等工况条件下,OTS-213药剂的用量仅为OST-1122的60.00%,且稳定性明显占优;同时OTS-213药剂与H2S的反应后产物具有良好的缓蚀作用。

Abstract:The H2S content is higher in three-phase flow about oil, gas and water of an offshore oilfield. Remove hydrogen sulfide in order to achieve oil, gas external transport standards. Large pharmaceutical the dosage of OST-1122 is large, the drug cost and operation cost is high. The OTS-213 is three triazine efficient desulfurizing agent. Under the same conditions,consumption of OTS-213 is only 60% of OST-1122 and stability obviously dominant. At the same time, the reaction product of OTS-213 and H2S has good corrosion inhibition.
