数字化CO2弧焊逆变焊机送丝系统设计

摘    要:在数字化CO2焊机研究中,需要解决送丝接口电路的设计问题.基于一元化控制的要求,完成了一种以脉冲调制器TL494为控制核心的斩波送丝电路,并为其设计了数字化C02弧焊逆变主控电路的接口电路.该送丝电路符合模块化的电路设计方法,能够较好地与数字化主控电路实现同步.

Abstract:In the development of digital CO2 arc welding machine,the wire feeder and its interface must be properly designed.In accordance with the strategy of one-knob control,a TL494 PWM IC based chopper circuit for the wire feeder was proposed,and the interface circuit with the main digital control circuit was designed as well.The feeder circuit meets the demands of modular structure,and it can meet the requirements in synchronism with the main control circuit.
