摘    要:根据已有的中间包,按照总容积不变,增加钢水进入区(V1)钢水容量的思路设计了4种中间包方案。应用水力学模拟的方式对包含已有中间包在内的5个中间包进行流场模拟,由于钢水进入区容量的增加,水口处的响应时间延长,平均停留时间增加,死区体积下降。综合比较,方案4为最佳中间包设计方案。浇注试验证明,V1体积的增加,可降低钢水耐材的冲击和侵蚀作用,有利于钢水中的夹杂物上浮。4试验方案夹杂物总数减少,大颗粒夹杂物数量显著降低,浇注结束后钢水纯净度有所提高,表现最优。

Abstract:The analysis of continuous casting as a key link in the steel production process, hydraulic servo driven servo hydraulic station fire-resistant hydraulic oil purification is the key to ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of the system. Hydraulic oil pollution will lead to the influence and harm of continuous casting production and its equipment. The traditional filtration method is used to filter the contaminants and the centrifugal mechanism based oil purification scheme is compared and analyzed. The effect of centrifugal oil purifier was verified in actual production, and the rationality, efficiency and advancement of the application of centrifugal oil purifier in oil purifying project of continuous casting hydraulic station were put forward.
