合金溜槽堆焊焊条的研制

摘    要:研究了一种新型合金溜槽堆焊焊条,用堆焊的方法修复已经磨损的溜槽以及在低碳钢槽体表面堆焊耐磨层。制造出新型高耐磨性的合金槽体。经反复试验筑得了较为理想的焊条药皮配方,所设计的新焊条不但具有较佳的工艺性能。而且堆焊层中合金元素的含量达到了设计要求,试验结果表明,在冲蚀磨损和磨料磨损的条件下,堆焊层具有良好的耐磨性能。

Abstract:A new type of alloy chute surfacing electrode were designed to repair the chute abraded and to obtain a high wearresistance alloy layer on the low carbide steel surface of the chute.Alder repeated tests, the ideal compounding of the electrode coating was achieved.Tha new electrode had better processing properties.It was tested thin the alloy elements were transited sucessfully to the surfacing layer according to the design ratios.It was concluded that the surfacing layer had better wear-resistance not only in the condition of erosion but aso in the condition of grinding abrasion.
