| 摘 要： | 剪裁拼焊板是将不同材质、不同厚度的板料经剪裁后，用激光焊接拼成各种坯板，然后整体冲压成形的一种新技术。剪裁拼焊钢板在汽车工业中的应用，取得了很大的经济效益，而铝合金激光剪裁拼焊板技术尚未得到应用。在分析剪裁拼焊板技术的主要优点及其在汽车工业中的应用现状及汽车车身材料发展趋势的基础上，论述了汽车车身用铝合金激光剪裁拼焊板的可用材料及其激光加工技术，并预测了铝合金激光剪裁拼焊板在汽车工业中的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Tailor-welded Blanks are comprised of lwn or more separate pieces of sheet menial witt, different maleriel and different thickness that have been welded together previous to stamping.The use of Tailor-wehted Steel Blanks in Automobile industry has gotten a great economic efficieney.But Tailor-welded Aluminum Blanks have still not been used in automobile. Based on analyzing the specialties and advantages of TWB,the current situation of laser welding processing in Tailor-Welded Aluminum Blanks and its using foreground are discussed in this paper. |
