青藏高原无缝线路永久焊复支车法施工技术

摘    要:根据青藏高原无缝线路钢轨永久焊复的施工特点,给出采用YHGQ-1200型气压焊轨车进行永久焊复应满足的设备条件,并据此改造该车的前支腿,增加转向架的锁紧装置。提出支车法施工的技术方案,并在海拔3 832~4 484 m进行试验验证。结果表明,改造后的设备施工快速方便,所提出的支车法施工方案能够满足青藏高原伤损接头的永久焊复要求。

Abstract:According to the construction characteristics of the permanent welding repair for jointless tracks on the Qinghai-Tibet plateau,the satisfied equipment conditions of the permanent welding repair with the YHGQ-1200 self-propelled gas pressure welding vehicle are provided.According to the conditions,outriggers of the vehicle are transformed and the locking device of its bogies is added.The technical proposal for construction with the car body supported way is presented,and are tested at an altitude of 3 832~ 4 484 m.The results show that the transformed equipment can meet the requirements of construction.The proposed construction scheme can meet the requirement of permanent welding repair of damaged joints on Qinghai-tibet Plateau.
