| 摘 要： | 介绍了根据多层等离子堆焊进行快速金属成形的原理，开发了堆焊过程控制软件。与数控系统结合实现了等离子堆焊过程自动控制，并对影响堆焊质量的主要参数进行控制。该软件系统界面友好、直观，运行可靠，操作简便。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the principle of multi-layer plasma welding used for Rapid Metal Prototyping is introduced.The software system is developed to realize auto-control of welding process companyied with NC system,thus the main parameter that affect welding quality can be controlled.The interface of this system is friendly and objective,the running is reliable,and the manipulation is simple. |
