双零软开关逆变弧焊电源的系统建模与仿真

摘    要:为了克服硬开关式逆变弧焊电源存在的开关损耗大以及过电流、过电压等影响,建立了双零软开关逆变弧焊电源系统,分析了系统的工作原理;利用Matlab r2006a软件分别建立了双零软开关电路系统与硬开关系统的仿真模型,并对系统的特性进行了仿真.通过与硬开关系统的对比分析可以看出,软开关系统实现了超前臂的零电压开通和滞后臂的零...
