摘    要:本文介绍了TIG焊电弧“高频压缩效应”机理,测定了脉冲电弧的温度场、压力,发现高频TIG焊电弧阳极区较直流电弧能量集中,提出高频TIG焊合适的脉冲电流、波形和频率的范围。

Abstract:The mechanism of nigh frequency constraction effect on TIG Arc is intoduced. The temperature and pressure field of pulse TIG Arc are measured. It is found that the anode area nergy of high frequency TIG Arc is more consentrated than that of DC TIG Arc. The suitable pulse cuent, wave and frequency are put on.
