摘    要:管道插套焊缝广泛应用于核辅助系统小口径管道的安装连接,是一种特殊的角焊缝形式,但不能按照角焊缝的一般技术要求进行制造,在HAF603法规和RCC-M规范中单独列出,具有特殊的技术要求。分析插套焊接结构并明确焊角尺寸要求,论述了焊工资质要求、焊接工艺评定原则以及产品焊接工艺要点,提出了产品焊缝的检验要求,以期为管道插套焊接的质量控制和焊接管理提供借鉴。

Abstract:Pipeline socket weld is widely applied in the installation and joining for small caliber pipeline nuclear assistant system,it is a special form of fillet, but can not be manufactured according to the general fillet technical requirements,it had been sorted out of HAF603 lawful regulations and RCC-M specification due to special requirement. The socket welding structure is analyzed and the requirements of fillet size is determined,the welder qualification, principle of welding procedure qualification and the key points of product welding procedure are expound. The inspection requirements of welds are concluded to provide reference for the quality control and management of pipeline socket welding.
