摘    要:主给水调节阀是核电站中非常重要的核级调节阀,为增加其密封面的耐磨性,需要在阀门密封面上堆焊司太立硬质合金。等离子堆焊具有易实现自动化、生产效率高、劳动强度低、焊缝稀释率低等优点,可显著提高堆焊生产效率和质量。分析主给水调节阀套筒司太立堆焊开裂原因,提出司太立堆焊质量的控制措施,为国内阀门制造厂堆焊硬质合金提供借鉴。

Abstract:Main feed water control valve is a very important nuclear safety control valve in the nuclear power plant. In order to enhance the wear resistance of the sealing surface,it is necessary to perform build-up welding on the contact sealing surfaces of the valve with Stellite alloy. The advantages of plasma build-up welding are easy to realize automation,high production efficiency,low labor intensity and low weld dilution rate. It can greatly improve the surfacing production efficiency and welding quality. In this article,the reasons of cracking in Stallite build-up welding of sleeve of main feed water control valve are analyzed,and welding quality control measures are proposed. It can provide useful reference for domestic valve manufacturers to surfacing cemented carbide.
