基于ICE2PCS05有源功率因数校正电路的应用研究

摘    要:逆变焊机输入整流电路中的滤波电容是导致输入电流波形畸变的原因所在,降低电源的功率因数,增加输入电流,并产生高次谐波,使逆变焊机难以通过EMC标准.在设计过程中利用基于ICE2PCS05的有源功率因数校正电路来解决逆变焊机输入电流波形畸变这一问题,理论分析和实验结果证明该方法合理可行.

Abstract:The filter capacitor in the input rectifier circuit of inverter welding machine cause waveform distortion of the input current.So the power factor reduced,thereby increasing the input current and generate high harmonic,it make the Inverter welding machine difficult to pass the EMC standard.This paper designs the active power factor correction circuit based on ICE2PCS05 to solve the problem,both theoretical and experimental results show that this method is feasible.
